Dogwood Illustration

I drew these dogwood stems while illustrating a few bouquets of flowers.

As Dogwoods are one of my trees; I wanted to celebrate their simple beauty by pulling them out from the bouquets.

Dogwood flowers themselves are tiny, and what appear to be their petals are actually ‘bracts’ and don’t form part of the flower.
